Continue to narrow achievement gaps for disadvantaged pupils, pupils with SEND and pupils who are new to English through targeted support, high-quality teaching and effective intervention.

Ensure that the curriculum reflects the diversity of our pupils, families, local community and modern Britain, enabling pupils to develop respect and understanding for different cultures, identities and experiences.

Objective 3

Promote positive relationships and inclusion by educating pupils about equality, diversity and protected characteristics through PSHE, Relationships Education, assemblies and the wider curriculum.

Monitor and address any incidents of bullying, prejudice or discriminatory behaviour to ensure that all members of the school community feel safe, respected and valued.
