Monday - Friday 8.45am-3.15pm
Morning registration time is 8.45am, the register closes at 8.47am
Total hours 32.5 hours a week
Beginning of Day
8:30 School gates are open to children and parents, a member of SLT will be on the gate each morning, generally this will be the Headteacher.
8:45 Staff welcome the children. Children will enter class to begin learning, this is the formal start time for lessons.
English and Mathematics are generally taught during the morning sessions with the afternoon sessions more flexible to cover a range of subject areas, often as part of a topic or theme.
Parkwood is able to offer a range of extra curricular clubs, these run each term and children have the opportunity to choose new clubs at the end of each term.
